The NC Ecosystem Enhancement Program, the Upper Neuse River Basin Association, the Center for Watershed Protection, and the City and County of Durham are creating a watershed plan to restore Little Lick Creek in eastern Durham.
Little Lick Creek flows through the city and county into Falls Lake, where thousands of us fish, swim, and receive drinking water. As the number of people living in the watershed has grown, the creek has become degraded.
